The Master of Fine Arts program is dedicated to individual artistic development through an intellectually broad-based and culturally cognizant approach to art and design. The MFA degree consists of 60 credit hours and requires two years of full-time study in residence. Each graduate student is guided in his or her research by a committee of three faculty members. Group critiques and seminars bring the faculty and students together for discussions on contemporary art practice and visual studies.
